- Information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your bike when you book a repair or fit, contact us, or make a purchase.
- Service and purchase records kept in our point-of-sale system, such as work orders and receipts.

How we use it
We use your information to schedule and complete service, fittings, and orders; to contact you about your bike or appointment; to keep business and accounting records; and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Magnolia Cycles uses private, internal software connections between our own business systems, including QuickBooks Online, our point-of-sale system, and our parts suppliers, to automate routine tasks such as recording supplier invoices and checking parts availability. These connections are built and used only by Magnolia Cycles for our own business and are not offered to anyone else.
Data accessed through these connections, including QuickBooks accounting records, is used solely to operate Magnolia Cycles. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties other than the service providers that run these systems. Access credentials are stored securely on systems we control, and we can revoke any connection at any time.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the shop, such as payment processing, scheduling, email, accounting, and website hosting, and only as needed for them to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law.
