Text Message Terms

Magnolia Cycles sends two kinds of text message from 479-363-1349 — updates about your own repair, and, only if you ask for them, occasional shop news. Here’s exactly what that means.

Service updates

If we have your mobile number on your customer record, we may text you about work you’ve brought in — when your bike is ready, when a special-order part arrives, and a reminder if something is waiting for pickup.

These are service messages about your own repair. You don’t need to sign up for them, and you can stop them any time.

Shop news — optional

If you reply JOIN to one of our texts, we’ll also send you occasional shop news, service reminders, and offers.

This is entirely optional. You are not required to join in order to buy anything from us or to have work done on your bike. If you never reply JOIN, you’ll simply keep getting service updates about your own repairs and nothing else.

What to expect

About 2 messages a month for shop news. Service updates depend on your repair.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You’ll get one confirmation, and then no further texts from us.

Reply START to resume service updates, or JOIN to resume shop news. Reply HELP for help, or call the shop at 479-278-2249.

Your information

We use your phone number to send the messages described above. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
